We thank you for visiting us here online and feel privileged that you selected us to look after the health of your companion animal.
We want to take the opportunity to tell you more about us and what we stand for.

Dr Geert Lampen and his wife Dr Elena Dreyer have taken over the hospital in 2004 and since then we've undergone a transformation.

The hospital is a purpose-built animal hospital in Taree and is designed and built specifically to care for and treat small animals.

The facility covers a massive 300 square metres - it has a large reception area with waiting room and merchant facilities, 2 consultation rooms, an in-house laboratory, x-ray facilities, operation theatre and a very large hospital ward with 2 ducted air condition systems to separate odour from the public area and ensure comfort to both human and animal.

It also offers convenient client parking away from the street.

The facility has the capacity to operate with up to 3 veterinarians and 9 nurses; we can hospitalise 35 animals simultaneously in our large wards.

A stand alone operation theatre boasts latest technology anaesthetic facilities.
We do real time pre-anaesthetic blood testing to ensure your pet's health prior to surgery.

We have invested a considerable amount to provide cutting edge technology: we now feature an in-house laboratory with which we can analyse your pets blood sample to detect and diagnose disease in minutes.
This is very valuable in an emergency situation where prompt, accurate treatment can mean the difference between life and death.

Our expansion of our fully furbished, computerized consult facilities in Old Bar and Harrington offer the convenience of being closer to our coastal communities.
