Dr Geert Lampen
Veternarian/Owner
Geert qualified in Pretoria 2001 South Africa; He has a vast experience as life artist from salesman to safari guide in African, long-term term student to Veterinarian. Geert has a strong interest in Surgical cases, especially in his Orthopedics. In between the rush of running the Hospital, in Geerts down time he loves all things outdoors, Camping and fishing are at the top of his list

Dr Joel Dunn
Veterinarian
Joel graduated from the University of Queensland in 2001. He has spent the great majority of his veterinary career in the Forster-Tuncurry and local area. Joel has a passion for all things garden and also works in agricultural industry. Joel is lucky enough to spend his spare time in the beautiful Forster area with his family.

Brenda Johnston
Accounts Manager/Vet Nurse
Brenda originally qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 1994 and worked in the industries for over 10 years before starting a family and having a career change. Returning back to her original passion once her children were older. She has been employed here since 2010. Brenda lives on a beautiful farm full of animals ranging from Horses, Dogs, Cats, Chooks and Ducks. She spends her down time working with Paws Crossed Animal Rescue

Amie Tisdell
Vet Nurse
Amie began working at the clinic in 2006 as a work experience student and studying her certificate 2 in animal studies. It wasn't long that she realised this was her passion and landed herself a full time position in 2008 and she went on to complete her certificate 4 in veterinary nursing and has been with us ever since. Amie and Her husband have 3 beautiful children and spend their down time on the farm with all their animals

Tanya Brunell
Vet Nurse
Tanya started with us in 2010 as a School based Trainee, and continued with us as a full time employee afterwards. She completed her Certificate 4 in Veterinary Nursing shortly after. Tanya is the youngest member of our Veterinary family and the manager of the website. She keeps busy with her 2 Labradors, Archie and Jude, A deaf French Bulldog Gabbi, and a rescue Chihuahua Arni, along with 3 Rescue cats Tom, Lilly and Mim

Dr Elena Dreyer
Veterinarian/Owner
Elena qualified Pritoria 2001 South Africia. Elena is a part time Veterinarian and holds the reins of the hospitals administration. Elena has devoted most of her spare time to raising her 2 children Nicolas and Lukus and has a passion for her veggie garden. Geert and Elena have 2 rescue dogs, Scarlett a Cataholah and her son Zak a Cataholah cross Cattle dog.

Julie Ross
Practice Manager/Vet Nurse
Julie is our wonderful practice manager here at Manning Veterinary Hospital with over 30years experience in the industry and has been with us since 2006. Julies heart belongs to her farm with her wide range of animals and her beautiful family. She is a great rescue carer for Paws Crossed Animal Rescue and is always putting her hand up to foster a dog in need.

Annie Taylor
Vet Nurse
Annie has been here since the beginning, She has been employed by Manning Veterinary Hospital since 2002 before Geert and Elena purchased the business. Annie is now a part-time employee here and works with TAFE NSW teaching students theirs Certificate 2, 3, and 4. Annie spends her weekends with her partner and 2 children at Sporting events, and outdoor exploring.

Emma Welsh
Vet Nurse
Emma originally started as a part time school based trainee but went on to finishing her trainee ship as full time employee and completing her Certificate in 2008. Emma then shared her workload between Manning Veterinary Hospital and our sister Clinic Midcoast Animal Hospital for several years before entering motherhood. Emma and her partner now have two beautiful children Charlee and Max.

Matilda Oldfield
Vet Nurse
Matilda started with us as a work placement student and soon after became a valued member of our team. Matilda is shared between Manning Veterinary Hospital and our sister clinic Midcoast Animal Hospital in Tuncurry. Matilda completed her Certificate in 2016 via The Vet Nursing College. Matilda lives in the beautiful great lakes area and loves exploring with her fur baby Luna the Labradoodle.
